Our hourly rate is $125 per hour, with a complimentary 4th hour when you reserve 3 hours. We also offer Half Day Bookings (7 Hours for $600) and Full Day Bookings (15 Hours for $1000).

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own vendors for catering, florals, photography, and more. We’re also happy to provide recommendations if needed.

Yes — we offer a small prep kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. It’s ideal for light catering, staging, and final touches.

Table linens and tabletop items are not included with the venue rental.
If you need recommendations for trusted tabletop rental vendors, we’re happy to share our favorites.

To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
We also welcome you to break up your remaining balance into smaller payments before the final due date — simply let us know what works best for you.

Yes — a refundable Damage Deposit of $100 is required for all events and is due upon signing your agreement.
If no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within two weeks after your event. If damage does occur, the deposit (or part of it) may be retained, or the cost of damage may be charged to the credit card on file.
If damages exceed the deposit amount, the client is responsible for the additional cost, payable within 30 days of receiving notice.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the facility. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers.
Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers) is permitted outdoors only in designated smoking areas.

Absolutely. The entire venue is located on a single level and is fully accessible.

CAVIN HAUS is designed for intimate gatherings. We have tables & chairs for 75 guests; however, depending on the type of event, we are flexible. Share your estimated guest count with us, and we’ll help determine the best layout for your event.

Once your date is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice with secure online payment options. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
We also accept checks or cash if you prefer to pay in person.
