The name CAVIN is a blend of ours —Cayce and Devon— high school sweethearts with deep roots in Middle Tennessee. It’s where we met, where we fell in love, and where we’ve chosen to raise our family.
After seasons of growth and change, we found ourselves drawn back to Cookeville — to the familiar rolling hills, the quiet strength of community, and the sense of place that only home can offer. Nestled now on a horse ranch in Baxter, we’re building a life defined by intention, authenticity, rooted in Jesus — and CAVIN HAUS is an extension of that vision.
City Square Cafe, a neighborhood staple where Cayce often enjoyed meals growing up, now welcomes CAVIN HAUS — a space that respects the history and stories held within its walls.
